Product Updates - May 2025
🆕 New Features:
- We launched recurring appointments with a lot of new functionalities, making it easy for you and your customers to book appointments on the same day and at the same time week over week, just like they would book a single activity. With this update, you can offer monthly payments, reschedule individual appointments, and support discounts on full orders.
- We’ve upgraded our support system to Intercom, bringing you a faster, smarter support experience. Going forward, please be sure to email support@hisawyer.com directly rather than replying from older Zendesk tickets as we want to ensure that your messages are being delivered to us as expected. You can also chat in with us directly by using the blue smiley face icon on the bottom right of your Sawyer account or via our Help Center.
